Employers have the right to conduct pre-employment background investigations to validate the credentials of applicants. So do applicants! Save yourself some time and money. Analyze your prospective employer based on the experiences of other people.

The process of finding a job is often very frustrating. The main point of this website is to make this process as easy as possible. We use information collected by job seekers or those currently employed by an establishment to give you information on that company.

Prospective employers use various hiring approaches. Many aspects of the hiring process are regulated by law. For example it is illegal to refuse employment or to fire some person based on sexual orientation, age, race, gender, etc. However, many companies can do it using techniques such as giving a false reason for their actions. Instead of: "You are fifty years old, we do not need you anymore" they could say "You have no required experience." In the hiring process, the person interviewing you cannot ask you direct question about your age, national origin, or religion. Therefore, they have to make their decisions based on assumptions and stereotypes, such as the year when you graduated, your name, accent, just to name a few.

Regular people can not sue each company just because he or she believes that company violates laws such as "The Americans with Disabilities Act" or "The Age Discrimination in Employment Act". It is impossible to sue each company that refuses you employment. But it is possible, based on previous experiences of others, to save yourself some time and money by not going to interviews that will likely be unsuccessful.

Creators of this site believe that an average person with an appropriate education level is able to perform, or quickly learn to perform, any task which is put in front of them. We refuse to believe that the bogus reason that people give potential employees are the way to conduct business.

The problem is, in a time of economic recession many companies are interviewing hundreds of candidates, when they have only one open position. Prospective candidates are not aware of their slim chances of being the lucky winner in this employment lottery. And the biased employers have more opportunities now than ever to put their prejudice views to use.

Our site can save you time, money and self-esteem. We believe that the hiring techniques which some employers use should be challenged. They know all about their potential employees because they are able to get information about them from different sources. They also know that any job can be done by any person with sufficient education.

Our reports provide some information about your prospective employer, such as the experiences of the people that they have recently interviewed, employment score*, employment ratio*, and many other facts. This data could help you in process of finding your dream job. Besides all of this, our site can help you not only as a source of valuable information, but could help you find a job as well. Just post your resume with us and many of our corporate clients would be able to find it.

Help Section
  • Domain Name is a name given to an organization of computers on the internet. For example, google.com and yahoo.com are domain names. Almost any company in USA has domain name. We use domain names to identify companies in our reports. Actually it is a substitute for social security number or employer id number.

  • Recruiting Company is a company that indentifies and helps to provide employees for other companies. These companies act as the middleman in the job market.

  • Employment ratio is the ratio of people being interviewed to the number of actual positions. For example, if a company is interviewing 100 people and has only 1 spot available, then its employment ratio is 1 to 100, as you can see, this has rather small rate of success. Feel free to make an estimate. The normal employment ratio is 1/5. It is considered to be a negative sign to have either lower or higher ratio than 1/5.

  • Employer score is a grading system based on collected data. The maximum is 100.
    • 90 to 100 points - you have an excellent chance to get a job with the company
    • 80 to 89 points   - you have a  good chance to get a job with the company
    • 70 to 79 points   - you have a  moderate chance to get a job with the company
    • 60 to 69 points   - you have a  poor chance to get a job with the company
    • 50 to 59 points   - you almost have no chance to get a job with the company
    • 0 to 49 points     - do not waste your time on them.
  • Filling Database – many recruiting companies tell you that they have some open positions. They hardly ever do. The reason for their existence is to search through hundreds of candidates to find somebody with brilliant skills and an exciting work history. The problem with such companies is that their employees, who you are dealing with, are not professionals. They do not have human resources skills and are most likely recent graduates from some community college. The point is you can get a job through such a company, but you have a better chance of winning the lottery.
